'Handmade' - Garden Mosaic - part or all, or the item has been constructed by JoSara, and the original materials have been enhanced in value because of this. I.e. a base object which has a mosaic put onto it.

Item Descriptions
The items have been described as accurately as possible, and the photographs made as clear as possible. However, the colours of the items in the photographs may vary according to your computer and browser settings.
Garden Mosaic - The descriptions will include any imperfections that might be found in the piece , like if an upcycled base has been used for a mosaic. The item would not be offered for sale if the imperfection spoilt the design, or compromised the strength of the base of a mosaic in any way. The items created tend to have an aged feel and look to them due to the non-perfect effect of being handmade.

Item Pricing
All prices on this site are subject to change without further notice, and include VAT @20% where applicable. Local postage will be added at checkout.
Payments
Payments can be made with credit or debit card via PayPal or Square. You don't need to register with Paypal to pay through them, just click the pay by card link when you are taken to the Paypal checkout. Combined postage is available (see below for details). No payment information is held by JoSara the payments are taken by the secure payment sites via checkout.
Shipping Information
Combined postage is available. The bird baths will have £4 postage each on the first two ordered within the same order, then free postage on any items after that (I class 'the same order' as anything ordered before the first item is posted). All large items will be sent in separate parcels. All postage savings will be refunded via the method pf payment as soon as I see your order. If you are purchasing more than one item and want a combined shipping quote before purchase, or an invoice sent with the exact postage on, use the Contact Form to specify the items you want shipping together.
UK buyers - your purchase should arrive 3 working days after posting, with Royal Mail (possibly a bit longer at busy post times of year). If you want your purchase quicker, contact me for a quote for a speedier postal option.
Overseas Buyers - JoSara is happy to ship to the United States and combined shipping is available at checkout. Any overseas sales tax due is the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you make a purchase you will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm when the item will be shipped a rough guide to chipping times can be found at the top of the main category pages. If the purchase is made over a weekend you may be contacted on the Monday of the following week. Proof of postage is always obtained for any item sent.
Returns
Hopefully you will be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Faulty items can be replaced for up to 6 months after the purchase date. All refunds will be made the method of payment used for the original purchase. I cannot refund any original delivery costs, unless the item is damaged, or is the wrong item. Please obtain a proof of postage if returning an item in case of loss.
International returns - Any import duty or tax due in this country will be paid by me on return of the item.
Damage
In the event of your item being damaged in the postal system you can either request a replacement (if it is a repeatable design, if not then a full refund will be given), or you can request a full refund. Just send me a photograph of the damage to [email protected] and include in the email if you'd like replacement or refund.
