The Design
A welly boot shaped garden sign with inspired by vintage vegetable seed packet designs with a selection of veg that you might grow in your veg patch including tomatoes, purple beans, two runner bean seeds, spring onion, peas and carrots. A great gift for anyone that indulges in a bit of grown your own, or decorate your own veg garden in style.
Item Details
26cm tall (10.25 inches) x 24cm wide (9.5 inches) at tallest and widest points, depth about 1cm, with a mosaic made out of glass tiles. The mosaic is finished with a grey grout that is designed to repel algae and mold. Made on slate, so the reverse is smooth slate, it will come with a thick twine hanger that's attached through two holes at the top of the boot, but because of the extra weight of the mosaic I've added a securely attached d-ring hanger too. You could take the twine off and use the two holes to screw the boot securely to a wall, fence or shed, so plenty of hanging options to suit where you'd like to hang it.
Postage
Combined postage is available on most small items, and some small and large item combinations, but for multiple bird bath, water dish and large hanging plaques purchases, each item will be sent in separate parcels to keep them within my preferred courier top weight band, so there Is no combined shipping available on orders of this type. Use
This item is for exterior use as all materials used are frost resistant, although I would recommend moving the boot to a sheltered spot in bad weather to prevent ice forming on the mosaic or slate if it isn't securely screwed into place.
