These mosaic plant pots were designed for use with succulent or cactus plants, so the mosaic design needed to have a feel of desert, ancient culture, dryness, and age, but I wanted it to feel modern too to fit into home decor. I think the end design has worked well. The pots have a feel of Morocco, Aztec, Roman and the Moors from ancient Mediterranean, but they have a touch of modern too with their iridescent and translucent tiles adding interest and shine. The design is called Modern Moorish and they would look great as part of a pot display on a Mediterranean style patio, or in a Moroccan feel courtyard. They would also look great on their own as a stand alone display on a shelf in the home.

All the materials used in these coasters are weatherproof so they can be used indoors or outside in the garden. The bees have iridescent wings that shine with metallic colours when the light catches them.
