| These mosaic plant pots were designed for use with succulent or cactus plants, so the mosaic design needed to have a feel of desert, ancient culture, dryness, and age, but I wanted it to feel modern too to fit into home decor. I think the end design has worked well. The pots have a feel of Morocco, Aztec, Roman and the Moors from ancient Mediterranean, but they have a touch of modern too with their iridescent and translucent tiles adding interest and shine. The design is called Modern Moorish and they would look great as part of a pot display on a Mediterranean style patio, or in a Moroccan feel courtyard. They would also look great on their own as a stand alone display on a shelf in the home. |
